All Vulcan cymbals are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.
If, after inspection by Vulcan staff, it is determined that the cymbal failed under normal use, we will send you a replacement cymbal of the same size and the same series, free of charge.
Please keep a copy of your original purchase receipt: the two years start from the date of purchase.
Open a return request, choose “Faulty product (warranty)” and attach photos of the cymbal. We will reply with instructions on how to send it to us.
The customer arranges shipping of the cymbal for inspection. If the inspection confirms the defect, Vulcan refunds the shipping cost.

The warranty covers normal use. On the Cymbal care page you will find our advice on choosing the right cymbal for your style, setting it up, playing it correctly, carrying and cleaning it.
Vulcan warranty and legal guarantee
The Vulcan warranty is offered by ARMAS srl – Vulcan Cymbals, Via Carnazza, 81 – 95030 Tremestieri Etneo (CT) – Italy. It is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity and does not replace or limit it: if you are a consumer, your legal guarantee rights always remain valid.
