Do I need to register to buy?
You can fill your cart without an account; at checkout you can create one on the same page. With an account you can follow orders, invoices and RMA requests.
Can I listen to a cymbal before buying it?
Yes: on each cymbal page you find audio samples and, when available, videos. With “+ Room” you can add several cymbals to the Listening room and compare them one after another.
Do two cymbals of the same model sound the same?
No. Every Vulcan cymbal is hammered and lathed by hand: two cymbals of the same model and size share the voice of the series, but each has its own character.
What is “Build your stack”?
An online-only service: choose several single cymbals in the sizes you like, see them stacked, hear them together and buy them in one order. Build your stack.
How much is shipping and when will it arrive?
It depends on destination and weight: you see it at checkout, before paying. All details on the Shipping and delivery page.
How can I pay?
By card, PayPal or bank transfer. Details on the Secure payments page.
What warranty do the cymbals have?
Two years against defects in materials and workmanship with the Vulcan warranty, plus the legal guarantee for consumers. If, after inspection, the cymbal turns out to have broken during normal use, we send you a replacement of the same size and series. To get the best from it read our cymbal care tips.
How do I return a product?
Open an RMA request: enter the order, the reason and, if needed, attach photos. For the right of withdrawal see Right of withdrawal and returns.
I run a shop: how do I get retailer prices?
Register on the Become a retailer page with your business details and company registration certificate. After checking them we activate your account with the reserved conditions.
I would like to distribute Vulcan in my country.
