For private customers, with the standard courier, on orders of €300 or more of products (after any vouchers). Deliveries in Italy only.
Choose your courier
At checkout, after entering your address, you see the couriers available for your destination with price and delivery time, and you choose. With bank transfer, the order ships once the payment has reached our account.
Tracking
When the parcel leaves you receive the tracking number and link by email.

Costs depend on destination, weight and parcel size and are shown before payment, VAT included. For shipments outside the European Union any duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient.
On delivery
Check the parcel in front of the courier: if the packaging is damaged accept it “with reservation” and open a support request (RMA) within 48 hours, with photos of the box and the cymbal. We will deal with the courier.
